Heri Perdana Tarigan, S.H., C.L.A.

An Advocate with primary specialization in the field of Litigation, covering Criminal Law, Civil Law, Constitutional Law, Mining Law, Land Law, and Competition Law. He is a top graduate (cum laude) of the Faculty of Law, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, and a recipient of various achievements in national legal debate competitions, including the Padjadjaran Law Fair and the Constitutional Court Debate. After completing the Special Education for Legal Auditors, he is registered as a member of the Indonesian Legal Auditors Association. In addition to practicing as an Advocate, he is also experienced as a technical expert in drafting Regional Regulations in a number of regencies and cities in Banten Province. He possesses professional communication skills in English.

I Made Ananta Jaya Artha, S.H.

An Advocate alumnus of the Faculty of Law, Trisakti University, with a specialization in Procedural Law, and a participant in the Advocate Professional Education at the University of Indonesia. In his practice, he has handled various cross-sector cases, including Criminal Law, Civil Law, Corporate Law, Employment Law, and State Administrative Law, both in litigation and non-litigation. He possesses excellence in deep legal research as well as communication skills in English to support the interests of both national and international clients.

Roy Valiant Sembiring, S.H.

An Advocate registered with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Catholic University of Parahyangan, Bandung. Prior to joining HASSP, he gained experience as an internal legal practitioner in the corporate sector at The Law Office of Heri Perdana Tarigan. His expertise includes Corporate Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, and State Administrative Law, both in litigation and non-litigation. He is experienced in handling business disputes and corporate transactions, and possesses English language skills that support the needs of corporate clients.

Efri Donal Silaen, S.H.

An Advocate graduated from the Faculty of Law, Indonesia Paulus Christian University, Makassar, and registered as a member of PERADI. In addition to his active practice, he also serves as an Officer in the Advocate Professional Defense Division of PERADI. He possesses specializations in the fields of Bankruptcy Law, Banking Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Employment Law, and State Administrative Law (PTUN). He is experienced in handling complex cases both through litigation and non-litigation with a strategic and systematic legal defense approach.

Michael Kanta Germansa, S.H., M.H.

An Advocate registered with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), with specializations in the fields of Intellectual Property Rights, Commercial Law, and Civil Law, and proficient in the techniques and methods of proceeding at the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). He completed his Bachelor of Law education at the Catholic University of Parahyangan, Bandung, and the Master of Law Program at the University of Indonesia.

I Wayan Bimanda Panalaga, S.H., M.H.

An Advocate with a focus of expertise on dispute resolution, both through litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He completed his Bachelor of Law education at Trisakti University and the Master of Law Program at the University of Indonesia. In his professional practice, he is experienced in handling civil and criminal cases, as well as commercial disputes with a legal approach that is strategic, measurable, and oriented towards the interests of the client.

Nyoman Yoni Wisalyakarini, S.H.

A legal practitioner with an educational background of a Bachelor of Law from the University of Indonesia and professional experience in the fields of corporate and business law. Prior to joining HASSP, she carried out roles as a Legal & External Affairs Specialist and Legal Officer, with responsibility for various aspects of corporate law and corporate legal compliance. She possesses expertise in the fields of corporate law, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and business law, with a practical understanding of corporate legal needs as well as support for the implementation of good corporate governance.

Selvy Azzahra, S.H.

An Associate with an educational background of a Bachelor of Law from Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and a study focus on International Law. She possesses competencies in the fields of corporate law and legal compliance specifically in the drafting, reviewing, and execution of comprehensive legal research to support the interests of clients. She is experienced in providing legal support for the Legal & Compliance function in corporate environments, including companies incorporated within State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) groups, and has practical exposure in the fields of Civil and State Administrative.
